In the morning, school sailing sessions will take place with the Bugenhagen School in Alsterdorf; in the afternoon, para-sailors and inclusive athletes from Hamburg will gain an insight into inclusive sailing; and in the evening, the after-work sailing event will welcome guests from the worlds of sport, politics and business on board. Sailing will take place on J\/70, J\/22, SV 14 and RS Venture Connect boats \u2013 some fitted with the new para\/Olympic gennakers. A joint project promoting visibility, social interaction and the Paralympic Games in Hamburg.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/53210051475_e5bb76e477_c.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3> 15\u201316 May 2026 | Heinz Kettler Germany Cup | Matchday 1, M\u00f6hnesee<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>The Heinz Kettler Germany Cup will be held for the fourth time in 2025. \u201cWir sind Wir \u2013 Inclusion in Sailing e.V.\u201d is once again organising this inclusive sailing series this season with the support of the Heinz Kettler Foundation and in cooperation with the M\u00f6hnesee Yacht Club. This year\u2019s Cup gets underway on the first race day (15 and 16 May) at the M\u00f6hnesee Yacht Club. The second race day is scheduled to run concurrently with the Sassnitz leg of the<\/p>\n<p>international sailing competition SailGP on R\u00fcgen (18\u201320 August). The final on the third match day is likely to take place from 18\u201320 September in Belgium. With its large international field of female competitors, the Cup is one of the absolute highlights of women\u2019s sailing. For the second time this year, there will be an additional classification for inclusive teams: former world champions in inclusive sailing are also expected back on the starting line.<\/p>\n<p>From April to October, the Kroschke Children\u2019s Foundation, the G\u00fcnter and Vera Faasch Foundation, the Friends of the Bugenhagen School e.V. and the Alliance for Youth e.V. will once again be offering inclusive sailing courses for children and young people with and without disabilities on Hamburg\u2019s Au\u00dfenalster, in cooperation with \u2018Wir sind Wir \u2013 Inclusion in Sailing e.V.\u2019, the Hamburg Sailing Club and the North German Regatta Association. J\/70 crews comprising blind, visually impaired and sighted sailors<em> will compete together in the regattas \u2013 true inclusion at the highest sporting level. For wheelchair users<\/em>, we offer accessible sailing trips and regatta-accompanying cruises on the Outer Kiel Fjord aboard a specially equipped boat with an experienced support team. A three-day sailing course enables blind and visually impaired people to take up the sport of sailing. On the 70-foot sailing boat \u2018Little Dream\u2019, guests experience the regatta action up close and can actively take part in the sailing.
